CTime

What is CTime?

CTime is a SaaS software designed to automate the input and tracking of activities. It allows businesses, freelancers, and individuals to better manage their time, optimize their billing, and justify the hours spent on various projects or tasks.

I am a freelancer, what does it bring to me?

CTime allows you to more accurately estimate the time spent on your projects. Thus, you can either adjust your rates accordingly or adjust the time you will invest in your future projects.

I am part of a company, what does it bring to me?

Time.

CTime allows you to replace or complement your time tracking tool. Instead of manually entering your time, you can spend that time on your profession.

Is it compatible with my desktop software?

We strive to improve compatibility every day, but even without that, we have a feature that makes us compatible with any application that is not yet natively supported.

Is it compatible with my web applications?

Our compatibility extends to web applications with a wide range currently. If you have an issue with an application, you just need to contact support and we will find a solution if possible.

Can I add software not supported by CTime?

Yes, CTime, via CT-Companion, allows you to add any software, even if it is not supported by default. If you would like a specific software to be natively integrated, feel free to contact us.

With which operating systems is it compatible?

We are officially compatible with:
- Windows 10, 11
- Apple macOS 11, 12
- Ubuntu 20, 21, and 22

Other operating systems or versions may work, but at this time we do not provide support for untested versions.

In which languages is CTime available?

CTime is available in French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, and Polish.

Can I export my data out of Creadigme CTime?

Yes, you can export your data at any time in various formats compatible with other software.

Which internet browsers are supported?

We support the browsers Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera and Safari, provided they have been released within the last two years. Of course, other browsers may also function without any problems.

Data Hosting

Where is my data stored?

We host all data in France:
- o2switch for the showcase website.
- Scaleway and OVH for the SaaS application servers.

Do you share data with third parties?

Currently, three external third-party services are used:
- hCaptcha for the showcase site (the site you are currently viewing).
- Stripe for subscription management.

In addition, we use Plausible and Google Analytics to analyze site traffic, and we do not collect any personal data.

We strive to minimize sharing your data with third parties and, if this should ever happen (in compliance with GDPR), we will inform you and update our terms of service accordingly.

How is my data protected?

We take the security of your data very seriously and use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, and destruction.

Do you use cookies?

No cookies are used on the showcase site.
The SaaS application uses cookies for its internal operation, but no third-party cookies are used.

We respect our users' privacy and do not engage in any online tracking, whether on the showcase site or the SaaS application.

We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of your information and not tracking your online activities.
